Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to Polish-speaking players through various communication channels, including chat, email, and forums.

• Maintain detailed records of player interactions in our support systems.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• A strong passion for gaming with an understanding of current gaming trends and communities.
• Prior experience in customer support or a related gaming position is advantageous but not mandatory.
