Responsibilities:
- Monitor application health, system logs, and database performance.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents and service outages.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in on-call support for priority incidents and escalations.
- Document recurring incidents, known errors, and resolution procedures.
- Support schema changes, data integrity matters, and data archival processes.
- Communicate incident status, risks, and remediation actions clearly.
- Provide user support and technical guidance for operational inquiries.
- Design and implement user-facing solutions using: Power Apps and Power Automate
