We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Product Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide front-line support to clients by assisting with travel-related products, booking platforms, reservations, and service inquiries.

This position focuses on customer support, troubleshooting, and ensuring booking accuracy within approved systems. No prior travel industry experience is required — comprehensive training is provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for clients using travel products and booking systems

  • Assist with reservations, confirmations, updates, and itinerary details

  • Troubleshoot product or booking-related issues and provide timely resolutions

  • Research and verify travel options within internal systems

  • Escalate complex concerns when necessary

  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation

  • Deliver professional support via phone, email, and online platforms

  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate online systems

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
