This position focuses on customer support, troubleshooting, and ensuring booking accuracy within approved systems. No prior travel industry experience is required — comprehensive training is provided.
Provide support for clients using travel products and booking systems
Assist with reservations, confirmations, updates, and itinerary details
Troubleshoot product or booking-related issues and provide timely resolutions
Research and verify travel options within internal systems
Escalate complex concerns when necessary
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Deliver professional support via phone, email, and online platforms
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate online systems
