Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, or ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner
Provide product and service information to customers and assist with onboarding new clients
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating complex cases when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with clients to ensure issues are fully resolved
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, and operations) to improve customer satisfaction
