Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive client experience while supporting the companys products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, or ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner

Provide product and service information to customers and assist with onboarding new clients

Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating complex cases when necessary

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Follow up with clients to ensure issues are fully resolved

Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, and operations) to improve customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service, client support, or help desk roles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
