Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels, exemplifying the standards of luxury service.
• Assist customers with inquiries about luxury products, orders, and services, ensuring a personalized and attentive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and heighten customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about the latest luxury trends and products.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong passion for customer service, luxury brands, and retail excellence.
• Previous experience in customer support or luxury retail is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player with an elegant approach to customer interaction.
