Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients in need of assistance with automotive insurance and claims.
- Assist customers in navigating their claims processes, ensuring they have a clear understanding of each step.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and claims information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support or the insurance sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
