Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and provide necessary information related to tobacco products.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to contribute to service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Engage in continuous training to stay informed about tobacco products and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or knowledge of tobacco products is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive and flexible work environment!
