ELVTR is looking for a highly initiative-driven Operations Manager to own and optimize the operational efficiency of our UK sales function.
In this role, you will drive process improvements, leverage AI for automation and analysis, support revenue growth initiatives, and act as the primary operational partner for the sales team. You will combine hands-on execution with strategic thinking to ensure scalability, speed, and data integrity across the sales operation.
This is a full-time, fully remote role based in Ukraine.
