We are hiring a Senior Account Manager to drive the end-to-end execution of digital and creative initiatives for key client engagements. This role is responsible for owning project delivery excellence, ensuring campaigns, content, and creative assets are executed with precision, clarity, and strategic alignment.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will operate as a trusted client partner, shaping project scopes of work, aligning stakeholders, mitigating delivery risks, and maintaining high creative and operational standards throughout each project's lifecycle. You will work cross-functionally with strategists, designers, writers, and production teams to ensure deliverables meet both brand objectives and performance goals.

This position is ideal for someone who is commercially minded, solutions-oriented, and confident in managing complex workflows independently within a fast-moving digital environment.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients on creative and content projects.
  • Manage planning and delivery of multi-channel content (web, social, video, visual assets).
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns smoothly.
  • Own timelines, resourcing, quality control, and final delivery.
  • Review performance and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in creative services, project management, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of brand strategy, content workflows, and quality standards.
  • Comfortable using project management tools and working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
