This is a high-velocity, inbound sales role for a self-motivated closer who can educate, consult, and convert. You’ll be responsible for guiding prospects through virtual tours, qualifying their needs, addressing objections, and securing deposits — all within a short 1–2 week decision cycle. You’ll handle pre-booked tours, follow-up touchpoints, and personalized recommendations using CRM and proposal tools.
