• Provide exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about Disney + subscriptions, content, and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with team members to meet service objectives and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current on Disney + features and updates.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is essential. You must ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated on your application.
