- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance overall customer service experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovenian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with a full relocation package provided.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
