The Role

In response to the increasing demands and expanding scope of our Account Management sales Team, we are excited to add a Sales Enablement Program Manager for our Account Manager Team. In this role you will be vital in effectively developing AM’s at all stages of development. 

 

What You Will Do

  • Support Knowledge transfer during and after onboarding
  • Work closely with AM leadership to understand and solve for issues 
  • Effectively coach and develop AMs at all stages of development
  • Work collaboratively with other Program Managers (BDR & AE), Enablement  and sales leaders to identify and strategically approach and solve problems 
  • Adapt quickly to organizational needs and identify opportunities to bring AM team and leadership through change
  • Decreased ramp time for new AMs
  • Teach AMs to identify sales opportunities within the install base and to upsell
  • More comprehensive communication and process cadence across the sales organization
  • Onboarding role specific content so new hires are prepared for success sooner and ramp faster.
  • AM Tools training- Ensure that reps can leverage tools for Greater internal prospecting, opportunity management and reportability
  • Sales coaching- Including but not limited to : Prospecting, call coaching, skill development, closing skills, competitive selling
  • Act as the liaison between Customer success,Rev Ops, IT, Marketing and Product to ensure AM Sales teams have most up to date information and processes
  • Ensure consistent prospecting motion is developed and adhered t

 

What You Need to Succeed

  • 3-5 years Prior work experience in Sales Enablement 
  • 1-3 Previous experience as a quota carrying AM or AM manager
  • Excellent Content development and delivery skills
  • Track record of developing new talent
  • Creative problem solving skills

Compensation

 

The base salary range for this position is: $104,000. As this is an incentive compensation role, there is a base salary with annual on target earnings of $130,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws

 

Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
