We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager/ Scrum Master with a solid technical background to lead and manage our project teams. The ideal candidate will not only ensure the smooth execution of Agile methodologies but also handle key coordination, documentation, and communication tasks. If you have 6–9 years of experience, preferably in AI/ML, and are adept at using project management and collaboration tools, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
- Identify and remove impediments or roadblocks that hinder project progress.
- Coach team members on Agile best practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and success metrics.
- Prepare business documents for clients, team and other stakeholders.
- Track project progress and ensure deliverables are met within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including regular communication with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Requirements
Required
- Experience: 6–9 years of experience in project management and Scrum, preferably in the AI/ML domain. Understanding of sprint and kanban approaches.
- Educational Background: MBA (Master of Business Administration) with experience in the field of Information Technology or bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
- Tool Expertise: Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence/Notion, and MS Office or G-Suite.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear stakeholder interactions and documentation.
Preferred
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with programming languages, especially Python.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Interest and experience in playing video games.
Soft Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and team management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Attention to detail, especially in documentation and risk management.
