Salary: dependent on skills and experience (commission is uncapped).

For the last 30 years, Cybit have been supporting businesses across the UK with all areas of IT consultancy, technical support and hosting; as well as having specialist Cyber Security and Data & Analytics arms to the business. This role is based within our Cyber team where our specialists deliver a wide range of cyber security solutions and services for clients in the public and private sectors across the UK.

We operate out of three offices; Belfast, Berkshire, and Newcastle (our HQ), and have 110 employees across Cybit. We have great relationships with our vendors, and we’re a Microsoft Gold Partner, AWS Advanced Consulting Partner, Qlik Elite Partner, Alteryx Premier Partner and more!

What you'll do:

Reporting to the Head of Sales, as a senior employee within the business you'll be responsible for your own sales performance through winning net new logos and retaining and growing our existing customer base. You'll cover UK wide; mid-market and enterprise.  

Some of the key responsibiities of an Account Director:

    • Developing Strategic Roadmap within our clients  
    • Working with Existing partners to drive pipeline and net new opportunity 
    • Building an effective market recognised team.  
    • Building out and attending Business Development Campaigns 
    • Building excellent go to market strategies with the marketing team, and effective engage with vendor aligned market teams. 
    • Training and Development of Junior employees 
    • Training and Development of new technologies by undertaking partner Sales Certifications 

You'll need solid and demonstrable experience in:

    • Strong technical solution sales experience
    • Effective account management and business development experience
    • A consultative selling approach based on high-level, long-term customer strategy
    • Experience of communicating technical solutions in an appropriate manner to both C-level contacts and IT professionals
