Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
- Assist customers with inquiries, providing clear and accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development sessions to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
