Account Manager (Client Growth)

We are seeking a proactive Client Growth Strategist (Account Manager) to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships. This role involves developing and executing strategies to enhance client engagement, achieve expansion and referral goals, and deliver exceptional results across assigned industries and accounts. Strategy Development & Planning:

  • Develop strategies to build long-term rapport with assigned clients.
  • Identify, nurture, and convert opportunities for client expansion and referrals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and client company news to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities.

Client Growth Process Execution:

  • Implement processes to achieve expansion and referral goals tailored to assigned clients and industries.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement based on client feedback

Client Expansion & Referral Goals Delivery

  • Drive the achievement of expansion and referral targets for assigned accounts.
  • Proactively identify and resolve client issues to meet growth objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Conduct regular client touchpoints to evaluate satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Educate clients on available services and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Build strong, personalized relationships by understanding client needs and goals.
  • Handle high-level escalations, especially for outsourced accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, customer experience, communications, or a related field is commonly required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an Account Development role, After-Sales Support, Customer Experience, or any related roles is essential.
  • Proven track record in client growth roles and revenue delivery.
  • Experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing effective client experience strategies and driving positive outcomes for customers.
  • Strong analytical abilities for interpreting customer data, feedback, and metrics to make informed decisions and recommendations for improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling collaboration with various teams and effectively conveying the importance of client experience initiatives to stakeholders.
