Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in Japanese.
- Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Educate customers about product offerings and guide them in making informed decisions.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions for future reference and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Japanese (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to adapt to different cultural contexts and work effectively in a diverse team.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new adventure.
