This position offers a unique work experience with NO CALLS involved, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional customer service through written communication!
Starting in March, you will help Slovene-speaking clients with inquiries via email and chat, addressing their needs and providing solutions for their issues. Your attention to detail and ability to empathize with customers will ensure that they receive the support they deserve.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support in Slovenian through email and chat
- Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Document interactions accurately and maintain clear records
- Collaborate with the team to enhance service quality
- Stay informed about product features and updates to assist customers
- Contribute to maintaining a positive team environment
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in customer support is preferred, but not required
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Capability to handle inquiries and problem-solve effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with support software
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to start in March and work from the office in Athens
