Senior B2B Sales Manager for Hungary

At Hedepy, we combine technology, marketing, and psychotherapy to ease people's path to mental health. We have helped thousands of B2B clients in the Czech Republic and across Europe. Now a new challenge is upon us - bring the benefit of accessible psychotherapy to the Hungarian B2B market. We are looking for a Senior B2B Sales Manager who will focus on growing the portfolio of B2B clients and generating new business.

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 🤝

  • This is a hands on sales role - 60% will involve actively searching for and approaching potential B2B clients - calling is a must.
  • 30% will include meetings and administrative tasks, such as:
    • Preparing presentations and presenting them to clients.
    • Preparing offers, contracts, and documentation for invoicing.
    • Working with data and reporting - we use Pipedrive as a CRM.
    • Collaborating on the development of Hedepy for Business.
  • 10% will be dedicated to supporting and educating the Hungarian team of 2 B2B Sales Specialists - István and Adam.

Requirements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE 👀

  • Believes that therapy can be beneficial.
  • Has proven years of experience in B2B sales and is not afraid to do cold calling - ready to have as many calls as needed to achieve the targets.
  • Has strong communication skills in English (the company's official language) and perfect Hungarian.
  • Can deliver engaging client presentations.
  • Knows how to ask the right questions to identify the client’s needs,
    • Experience with the HR target group is a big advantage!
  • Can identify opportunities and successfully turn them into closed deals.
  • Is open to share their know-how and help the team members grow.
