Role Overview

The Technical Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-driven projects. This role bridges engineering, operations, and business stakeholders—ensuring project alignment, technical accuracy, and timely delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, track risks, manage timelines, and help bring structure and clarity to complex initiatives.

This is a hands-on role requiring both project management discipline and the ability to understand technical concepts at a functional level.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, timeline management, deliverables tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure technical requirements are clearly defined and implemented.
• Translate business needs into actionable project plans, milestones, and documentation.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and blocking issues—driving timely resolution.
• Facilitate meetings, status updates, and decision-making sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure alignment between internal teams and the client’s business objectives.
• Monitor progress, adjust priorities, and maintain strong control of scope and timelines.
• Create and maintain project documentation: requirements, dashboards, reports, SOPs, and post-mortems.
• Support continuous improvement efforts, optimizing processes and delivery methods.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Program Coordinator, or similar role.
• Proven success managing technology, engineering, or IT-focused projects.
• Strong understanding of technical environments (infrastructure, software, cloud, networking, or similar).
• Experience working with engineering teams and the ability to understand technical requirements at a functional level.
• Solid command of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Confluence, Monday.com, or similar.
• Advanced English both written and verbal—required.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience working with US-based teams or clients.
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, CSM, ITIL, or similar.
• Background in software development, QA, networking, or IT operations.
