Carrier Project Manager, LATAM

Job Description

Digital Turbine is looking for Technical Project Manager to work on our Carrier Project Management team. The perfect candidate is a team player who's hungry to learn and grow their skill sets as well as pick up new ones on the fly. The candidate should have at least 3 years experience previously in the Mobile/Telecom industry. This Project Manager will be joining our LATAM team and reporting to Director of Carrier Operations.

Please note that while this role is remotely based, there is a strong preference for this individual to be located in Mexico.



About the Technical Project Manager role:
  • The Technical Project Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless integration of digital turbine's technologies with tier one mobile operators across APAC. The Technical Project Manager will work closely with the Account Management, Product, and Technology teams to support customers, as well as integration of new features in the Mobile Operators platform.
  • The Technical Project Manager must possess strong customer support skills and able to communicate professionally in oral and written responses with Digital Turbine’s partners.
  • In addition, the Technical Project manager must be organized and analytical, able to track issues to resolution and have consistent follow-through.

  • About you as the Technical Project Manager, LATAM
  • Possess at least 3 years of project management experience.
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Technical understanding of mobile software and mobile operators
  • Familiarity with Android OS
  • Solid experience in managing multiple accounts and/or projects concurrently.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills, across the business at all levels including senior management and executives.
  • Well organized with a sense of urgency with excellent follow-up skills
  • Excellent communication skills, flexibility, team focus, and dedication to quality.
  • Excellent understanding of commercial business needs and end-user focus within technical/technology lens.
