Job Description
Lavipharm is looking for a Medical Sales Representative in Larissa, who will be accountable for promoting pharmaceutical products sales through effective interaction with health care professionals, organizations and Key Accounts. The main purpose of this role is to increase the visibility and awareness of our company’s products and maximize our sales growth. This position will report directly to the Regional Manager.
Responsibilities
- Build effective business relationships with Health Care Partners, Key Accounts and Customers
- Develop strategies to approach potential customers and increase sales
- Distribute information to health care professionals
- Implement Sales Action Plans and Key Objectives Strategies in his territory, programs and budgets of expenses for assigned products
- Execute sales and marketing strategies designed to secure maximum market potential and customer satisfaction
- Correct application of all internal processes of the company (CRM system, operational expenses, weekly-monthly programs, etc.)
- Forward all spontaneous reports of adverse events for Lavipharm’s medicines, communicated by any person (employee or non Lavipharm, inside or outside of the workplace) in Pharmacovigilance and Medical Dept.) within the specified time limits
- Attend education on topics related to Pharmacovigilance and his role in it
- Attend compulsory education and training on topics related to company's medicines and his role in promoting them within a specific strategy
- Ensure the understanding and implementation of the code of Ethics
- Organize sales and marketing events [AVs, Doctors meetings, Advisory Boards]
- Provide timely and complete reports on all sales activities, if required
- Improve his professional skills thought training (PSS)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Business Administration or relevant field
- At least 2-3 years’ pharmaceutical area sales management experience
- Good Knowledge of English language
- Computer Literacy
