About the Role

The Strategic Project Manager will support two key functional areas:

1. Strategy – Driving high-impact growth projects end-to-end, from ideation to execution and measurement.
2. Retail Partnerships – Supporting the growth and success of retail channel partnerships.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and execute cross-functional strategic projects from concept to delivery
• Support and optimize customer retention initiatives
• Conduct competitive and market analysis
• Lead customer surveys and insights research
• Build and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and business cases in Google Sheets, Excel, and Tableau
• Prepare reports and performance analyses across key business metrics
• Drive sales operations processes, including partner outreach and sales collateral creation
• Support existing retailer accounts and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across functions
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, performance, and growth initiatives

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy, project management, or management consulting (ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience using Excel, Google Sheets, or Tableau
• Proven track record managing complex projects and implementing data-driven initiatives
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in consumer goods or subscription models is a plus
• A genuine passion for pets and pet wellbeing
