About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant with a strong project management mindset. Your mission is to create structure, document processes, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across the business.

This is not a typical VA role — you will own systems, SOPs, and workflow management to help the company scale efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Manage and organize internal workflows across departments
  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements
  • Support leadership in maintaining operational efficiency
  • Maintain clear communication across teams

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in virtual assistance, operations, or project management
  • Proven ability to create SOPs and streamline workflows
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working remotely in a fast-moving apparel/e-commerce environment
