Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition:
    • Identify potential customers using innovative methods beyond traditional cold calling.
    • Schedule meetings and support the realization of business deals.
  • Sales Activities:
    • Set up appointments, monitor customer interactions, and conduct initial meetings.
    • Implement sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Market Research:
    • Identify opportunities and strategize approaches to generate interest.
    • Analyze the market to inform business strategies.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and mutual support.
  • Performance Goals:
    • Meet sales targets while continuously improving through self-development.

Requirements

  • A positive mindset and a passion for helping customers.
  • Experience in sales or customer service; all backgrounds are welcome—tell us your story!
  • Understanding of standard sales operations and processes.
  • Fluency in English and/or German.
  • Exceptional communication skills: write compelling emails and conduct professional phone calls.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and efficient with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong storytelling ability to engage clients effectively.
