Quality Assurance Engineer - Salesforce Commerce Cloud / SFRA
Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer who combines Salesforce Commerce Cloud expertise with a passion for building resilient, automated test ecosystems. You will own complex quality initiatives across the SFRA storefront, integrations, and DevOps pipeline, ensuring every release meets the bar for performance, accessibility, and customer value.

Key Responsibilities
- Own high-impact quality backlog items end to end, guiding squads through risk-based testing, exploratory discovery, and pragmatic sign-off.
- Evolve test frameworks, policies, and coding standards so they are understood, adopted, and continuously improved across engineering teams.
- Scale BDD and CodeceptJS suites, nurturing clean Gherkin assets, reusable page objects, and BrowserStack execution profiles.
- Provide actionable feedback through code reviews and pairing, helping engineers ship clean, maintainable automation and production code.
- Champion DevOps practices that keep the CI/CD pipeline fast and reliable, from Jenkins orchestration to GitHub Actions and Allure reporting.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, observability, and data-led decision making, contributing to product planning, roadmaps, and OKR delivery.
- Share in the out-of-hours support rota, collaborate with product partners on customer communication, and keep the wider team aligned on quality signals.
- Lead quality metrics programmes aligned to DORA and service-level outcomes, using the insights to refine process and tooling.
- Mentor, coach, and onboard engineers, energising Communities of Practice and supporting recruitment activities.
- Continually challenge the status quo so quality engineering keeps advancing; SFCC certification is a welcome bonus.
Tech Stack & Practices
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud with SFRA controllers, pipelines, and integration layers.
- CodeceptJS, WebdriverIO, Cucumber BDD, and Allure-based reporting with BrowserStack and Jenkins orchestration.
- Node.js automation scripts, ESLint/Stylelint/ISML linting, and test data management across multiple locales and devices.
- sfcc-ci driven deployments, GitHub Actions workflows, Jenkins pipelines, and observability dashboards aligned to DORA metrics.
- Cloud-hosted services, microservice integrations, and CI/CD platforms supporting experimentation and continuous delivery.
