Maven Success is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager who is passionate about creating and executing effective social media strategies. In this role, you will manage our online presence, engage with our audience, and align social media efforts with our company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, curating, and manage published content across social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter).
  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to our website.
  • Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and discussions, ensuring timely and authentic responses that reflect our brand voice.
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics for social media efforts to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
  • Monitor social media channels and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for engagement.

Requirements

  • Strong proven experience in social media management and strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and management tools.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content.
  • Experience in graphic design and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
