About the Role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to take charge of our online presence and play a vital role in attracting new business partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who is both a storyteller and a strategist—able to craft compelling content while driving measurable brand growth across platforms.

As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a dynamic social media strategy, managing content creation, and leveraging digital channels to strengthen our brand visibility and attract potential manufacturing partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business development goals.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Use design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator to create visually compelling graphics and multimedia content.
  • Research and integrate relevant hashtags, trends, and keywords to enhance content reach and discoverability.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to align content with marketing initiatives and partnership outreach.
  • Monitor social media platforms for engagement, respond to comments and messages, and actively manage the brand’s online reputation.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics including engagement, growth, reach, and lead generation.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to ensure a competitive digital presence.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to boost visibility and attract new B2B partnerships, particularly in the manufacturing space.
  • Cultivate and grow our follower base, building meaningful relationships with brands, industry professionals, and potential collaborators.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social).
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific algorithms and engagement strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creating content that resonates.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple content calendars and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience in B2B or manufacturing industries is a plus but not required.
