Job Description

ActivTrak is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and adaptable Brand Production Manager to manage the execution and operational aspects of brand production initiatives including digital campaigns, content and design production and events. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, confident decision-making and a positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must have experience working with or managing projects in a B2B software or technology environment.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative output, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
  • Regularly update and manage brand documentation, such as the brand guide, writing guide and other supporting materials.
  • Manage external designers, agencies and budgets to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into creative strategies as appropriate.
  • Maintain brand-focused company presence across social channels, including third-party product review sites.
  • Collaborate with web team on design updates to audit and ensure a cohesive brand presence across company website.

Production/Project Management:

  • Conceptualize creative design concepts that align with business goals and resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage the creative design process from initiation to completion, including deliverables such as ads, marketing collateral, web graphics, videos and presentations.
  • Ensure seamless coordination and collaboration among internal teams and outsourced contractors to ensure project alignment, on-time delivery and success.
  • Make strategic decisions to streamline production cycles, reduce costs and eliminate duplication.
  • Oversee the design system upkeep and organization to ensure accessibility and consistency.
  • Manage content archives and establish refresh processes to keep assets current and relevant.
  • Collaborate with HR to maintain and manage branded swag inventory.

Event Management:

  • Oversee all aspects of event presence, including sponsorship opportunities, contract coordination, booth logistics and design, speaker preparation, staff support and attendee giveaways.
  • Attend and support both in-person and virtual events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Manage the master event schedule and budget, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Track and analyze event performance and ROI to inform future planning decisions.

Requirements

  • 5 years experience working with or managing projects in a B2B software or technology environment, with an understanding of its unique branding and operational needs.
  • Strong background in managing external vendors, budgets and cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in tracking and reporting event outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Monday.com, Figma, WordPress, Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in fast-changing environments.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Positive attitude with a proactive, self-starter mindset.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, with a sharp focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, typography and visual communication.
  • Proficiency in relevant design software and project management tools.
  • Passion for creativity and innovation.
