You will report to our General Manager of Calendar, working closely with the engineering, customer service, and marketing teams to transform Calendar into the operating system of the family, eventually used by millions of families daily.

Responsibilities

  • Product vision: Develop a deep understanding of the competition, the customer, and the jobs to be done. Identify the most promising strategic directions for Calendar.
  • Owning the product roadmap: Define the roadmap across all Calendar software and build features that both benefit customers and impact KPIs. You will ruthlessly prioritize features with a nose for value and scope a minimum lovable product to deliver features on time.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work across engineering, design, and marketing teams to take these features to market with smooth rollouts and high feature adoption.
  • Data-driven decision making: You will set KPIs, monitor performance, and analyze data to deeply understand our users and the impact your product initiatives have. Your insights will drive future developments and organize the team around your strategy.

Requirements

    • You have 3-5 years of experience in product management
    • You have a passion for technology & innovation and are excited by our mission to connect loved ones and raise good human beings
    • You are endlessly curious
    • You have a proven track record of building and owning impactful software products
    • You are able to independently navigate and execute effectively amidst ambiguity 
    • You are a fierce advocate for the customer and are able to balance the customer’s needs and the business’s needs
    • You have strong data analytics skills and a data-driven approach to building product
    • You are noted for strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts succinctly to non-technical stakeholders.

For Colorado-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $160-200K based on experience and for California-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $160-200k based on experience.
