About the Role:
We’re looking for a results-oriented and strategic Senior Field Marketing Manager to develop and execute high-impact marketing programs and events for our Enterprise Sales teams. You’ll align closely with sales leadership and collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to design campaigns that drive pipeline growth, revenue, and brand awareness. This role is a blend of strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis, requiring someone with a deep understanding of B2B field marketing and sales alignment.
What You'll Do:
- Design and Execute Segment Marketing Strategies
- Develop and implement tailored marketing programs aligned with the overall GTM strategy including field events, executive programs, partner initiatives, trade shows, and targeted digital campaigns.
- Act as the primary marketing point of contact for aligned sales teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and program execution.
- Drive Demand Generation and Pipeline Growth
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads and enhance pipeline for the Enterprise segment.
- Ensure programs align with sales goals and regional opportunities while leveraging corporate campaigns and content.
- Cross-Functional Alignment
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product Marketing, ABM, Demand Gen, Partner Marketing, etc.) to build cohesive marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with sales teams to communicate program objectives, gain buy-in, and drive participation.
- Analyze and Report on Performance
- Measure the success of programs using key performance indicators
- Provide insights during pipeline reviews, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning sessions to guide future initiatives.
- Budget and Vendor Management
- Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing return on marketing investment.
- Manage vendor relationships for event production and program execution.
- Customer and Partner Collaboration
- Collaborate with strategic partners to design joint initiatives, enhancing marketing reach and impact.
- Leverage customer feedback and insights to continuously refine marketing efforts.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in field or regional marketing within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology.
- Proven ability to design and execute successful demand generation campaigns and field programs.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, 6Sense, Asana.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, report on program performance, and optimize based on findings.
- High energy, self-directed, team player
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
