As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the operations team by delivering solutions for clients. This role involves managing the implementation of client projects and ensuring client success throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Report and collaborate with VP of Operations with new project launches

•Provide consultative solutions to clients

•Establish strong client relationships to maximize the goals of both the company and the client

•Oversee implementation through stabilization for key projects

•Oversee client success outcomes, including adoption and retention

•Lead and execute client implementations for key strategic projects

•Drive new technology solutions/product development and manage the project from solution identification, design, development, test, pilot and full launch

•Develop, maintain and communicate key performance indicators and metrics to show project health

•Define client solutions by mapping client needs to company capabilities and identify gaps and potential product solutions

•Apply in depth knowledge of both technical and operational details to explain solutions and value propositions to clients

•Effectively transfer all knowledge and information from implementation to ongoing delivery.

•Manage the definition of service level agreements, scope and change control discussions with the client and internal stakeholders

•Identify opportunities and establish repeatable method in shortening implementation and ramp-up timeline

•Drive continuous improvements on PMO methodology

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

•Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or similar areas

•Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in account management or client-facing positions

•Strong understanding of the logistics or transportation market and the forces that affect a client’s profitability and revenue stream

•Strong understanding of procure to pay and order to cash lifecycle

•Strong understanding of project management methodology

•Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, etc.

•Previous outsourcing and/or operations center experience

•Proven expertise and knowledge of computer system applications (i.e., Windows, MS Office Suite, FTP, PM Systems, CRM, .Net Applications)

•Strong client advocate with a high sense of responsibility and urgency

•Strong executive presence and competence in navigating client organizations to ensure successful project delivery and acceptance

•Ability to consult, facilitate and drive issues to resolution

•Ability to develop and lead team members in a nimble environment

•Ability to lead projects with excellent communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•Ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams from Sales, Marketing, Operations and IT

•Prioritization, multi-tasking and time management skills

•Highly organized and detail oriented

•Highly entrepreneurial and self-driven

•Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

•Ability to adapt to changing environments

•Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly understand requirements and effectively collaborate with clients, team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
