Job Description

Pactum is looking for a rock-star Director of Sales to join our team. This position is responsible for the direct management of the North America Account Executive team and serves as a coach to the sales team to help Pactum meet overall sales goals.

We are looking for someone who will:

  • Partner with the sales team to scale an enterprise sales function, including hiring, building, and developing the team
  • Refine and enforce the Pactum sales process
  • Liaise with the sales team as first point of contact as a coach and mentor
  • Assist with developing sales team potential along their growth and career path 
  • Tracking sales team KPIs (e.g.: pipeline management, daily/weekly activities, etc.)

You are likely to succeed if you…

  • Have a proven ability to be a leader on the sales team at a SaaS start-up organization 
  • Have 10+ years proven experience as an Enterprise Account Executive hitting sales goals
  • Experience in implementing a strategic selling process
  • Have strong interpersonal skills 
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity and ability to adapt to a growing / dynamic business environment
  • Are able to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance

Compensation details:

At Pactum, we pay competitive salaries to ensure that our employees know they are valued. We set standard ranges for all of our positions benchmarked against companies in similar stages of growth and revenue, dependent on job function, expertise level, academic achievements, and geographic location.

The compensation for this role is $380,000-$420,000/year on-target earnings, with a 50/50 split between base and variable, including company equity.
