Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone communications.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to product information, order status, returns, and payment options.
• Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and issues with efficiency and professionalism.
• Accurately manage and process customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle.
• Keep updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
• Collaborate with different departments to enhance the overall customer service experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up and resolution.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce is preferred.
• A strong enthusiasm for e-commerce and an understanding of online shopping behaviors.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous.
