Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to Swedish-speaking clients regarding their travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with bookings, itinerary questions, and service details.
• Effectively resolve complaints and issues to ensure a smooth travel experience for customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure the timely follow-up on outstanding inquiries.
• Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to address customer needs efficiently.
• Educate clients about travel options, policies, and safety measures.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to service improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in CRM systems and standard office applications.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
