Job Description
We are seeking a highly-skilled, experienced, and proactive Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer marketing research, strategy, and management. Successful candidates will have 4+ years of building and maintaining influencer marketing programs with influencers in the United States from start to finish.
You will work alongside the founder of the business to formulate and execute an influencer strategy from scratch that includes both paid and organic placements across

As this team grows, a successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a team of influencer marketers and potentially grow to run a larger part of the marketing team. To achieve this growth path, candidates will need to demonstrate team leadership skills during the first 3 to 6 months on the job.
Please understand that our target market is business owners and business leaders who are looking to hire and recruit talent to grow their businesses and improve their profitability. It is a plus if you can demonstrate experience going after influencers with broad business audiences and/or specific industries, sectors, and functional areas of abusiness.
You will be working remotely for a US-based business with US-based clients, but you will be a part of a team located in the Philippines. This is a full-time role and requires you to commit all of your working time to this position and company.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and plan an influencer marketing program across channels, industries, and mediums
- Conduct influencer research to find relevant, niche, and/or large-audience influencers across industries we serve
- Work to obtain paid or organic brand placements, interviews with the founder, and sponsorships
- Nurture identified target influencers as we develop our programs and offerings, and seek sponsorships
- Manage ongoing influencer campaigns in the market
- Develop a strategy to measure the success of activities
- Work with our CRM Operations team to streamline the data collection and nurturing of these influencers
- Work with our Affiliate/Referral BDR team to incorporate our referral program into the influencer channel
- Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, collaboration, motivation, and accountability with remote work.
Requirements
- Strong English speaking, writing, and comprehension
- 3+ years working in a similar role to produce English content.
- Experience developing marketing automation and email marketing strategies.
- Experience with various influencer research and outreach platforms (and the ability to make recommendations on one to test)
- An existing network of influencers.
- Experience using standard office and document processing software such as Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
- Zoho CRM experience is a plus.
- Strong internet connection and full remote work setup (monitor, strong computer, web camera, microphone, or headset)
- Working with the team live based on the USA time zone

5% planned salary increase at the end of month 4 based on outstanding performance.
A 5% additional salary increase is available at the end of month 7, based on outstanding performance. - Work Schedule
Mountain Standard Time / Mountain Daylight Time
Monday through Friday
8 am to 5 pm with 1 hour of time off for lunch
May need to be available in off hours for any systems emergencies - Holidays & Time Off
Employee can take a total of 8 days off per year for Holidays and can choose between US Holidays and their country’s holidays based on their personal needs and the business’s needs. - Paid Time Off
Employee will earn paid time off based on tenure with the business. They will be granted 3 days of annual PTO for every 6 months they have been retained with the business up to 12 days of PTO.
