Position Overview:


We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager with experience in growth marketing and content creation to join our team.

This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives on driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives and is passionate about innovative sports technology.

The position is flexible and can be based out of our headquarters in Skellefteå, Sweden, or performed remotely.
We encourage candidates with relevant marketing experience outside of Sweden to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Marketing (40%)

  • Develop, implement, and manage growth marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing funnels across all customer journey stages.
  • Conducted A/B testing, tracked performance metrics, and reported on campaign results to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Manage paid campaigns (social media ads, Google Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Identify new growth channels and opportunities to scale marketing efforts, both online and offline.

Content Creation (40%)

  • Plan, script, and execute in-person video shoots, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
  • Create high-quality digital content, including blog posts, social media assets, newsletters, and multimedia content for marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and manage the content calendar, ensuring alignment with key marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice and tone across all content platforms.
  • Engage with the community through content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand messaging.
  • Stay updated on trends in content marketing and digital media to drive creative approaches and fresh ideas.

Event Planning and Delivery (20%)

  • Plan and coordinate industry/trade events, including conferences and trade shows, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional materials, presentations, and collateral for events.
  • Lead pre-event marketing campaigns to maximize attendance and post-event follow-up strategies for lead nurturing.
  • Represent the brand at events, engaging with potential clients and partners to generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, with a focus on driving measurable results.
  • Experience with Wordpress and HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and use data to inform decision-making.
  • Fluent English literacy
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the sports technology industry is a plus.
