About the Company:

ArcSite pioneers innovative drawing, estimating, and takeoff solutions for the construction industry. We enhance construction professionals' efficiency and productivity through technology that works seamlessly on mobile devices and laptops—without the steep learning curve of traditional CAD applications. Our software helps businesses close deals faster and save hours weekly by streamlining quotes and takeoff reports.

Our dynamic team is committed to making CAD accessible worldwide. We're innovative professionals dedicated to transforming our customers' design experiences. At ArcSite, where innovation meets customer focus, you can build an exceptional career. Join us in shaping the future of drawing.

About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced and analytical professional to elevate our marketing through data-driven decision-making. In this key role, you will leverage data across multiple platforms to enable full-funnel visibility, optimize performance, and uncover growth opportunities. By developing scalable dashboards, conducting in-depth analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll provide insights that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, product engagement, and revenue expansion. This role is critical to shaping our marketing strategy and supporting scalable growth as we continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stitch together and leverage data across multiple platforms, sources, and teams to enable full-funnel analysis, optimize conversion tactics, and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Develop and manage dashboards to track key metrics across the marketing funnel, app, lifecycle engagement, and sales performance, ensuring data accessibility for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and dev teams to define and implement a scalable data structure for measuring B2B product engagement, setting baselines for key metrics, and identifying opportunities for increased engagement and revenue growth.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing performance to optimize app downloads, lead generation, trial conversions, and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze and identify revenue expansion opportunities, including product adoption, pricing and packaging strategies, and upsell paths (e.g., tiered upgrades, usage-based pricing, or add-ons).
  • Perform data modeling and analysis to identify trends, inform campaign strategies, and support decision-making for marketing leadership.
  • Analyze performance data from paid campaigns to make data-driven recommendations and optimize ROI.
  • Conduct regular website and SEO audits, using insights to drive organic traffic and improve conversion rates.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate and streamline data across platforms, addressing gaps and inconsistencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role, with a focus on driving data-informed decisions.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Proven experience in developing dashboards, conducting funnel analysis, and delivering actionable insights to optimize marketing performance.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and data modeling techniques; experience with Python or R is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of paid campaign metrics, lifecycle engagement, and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scalable data infrastructure and align marketing analytics with business goals.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms like CRM systems, marketing automation, and app analytics.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels effectively.

Benefits

  • Unlimited PTO
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Vested 401K match as of start date
  • $75 monthly wellness stipend
