We’re looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our tenants. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, managing data entry, and providing real-time chat and email support. You will play a key role in troubleshooting technical problems, managing escalations, and improving customer satisfaction through thoughtful solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders for day-to-day operations.
  • Data Entry; Creates, updates, and maintains customer records.
  • Provide real-time chat support in expediting issues, and resolutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively through careful analysis of situations and determination of the required resources for win-win resolutions.
  • Handle email inquiries, questions, and concerns about a company's products or services.
  • Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Handling customer complaints and email escalations of the department.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.

Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Diploma / Bachelor's /College Degree / Equivalent Experience
  • Preferably at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Basic Excel knowledge
  • Critical thinker and meticulous
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Great interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communications skills
