Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or communications is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
