Role Overview:
We are looking for a Media Buyer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and purchasing optimal media space to maximize our clients’ advertising spend. You will have a strong analytical mindset and be adept at tracking and optimizing campaigns to achieve the best possible results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Media Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive media buying strategies that align with client objectives and target audience insights.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the full cycle of media buying campaigns, from planning and implementation to monitoring and reporting.
- Budget Management: Manage and optimize media budgets to ensure efficient spending, maximizing ROI across all platforms.
- Negotiation & Vendor Relations: Negotiate media rates and placement with vendors and build strong relationships with media partners.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to identify trends and insights for optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative, analytics, and account management teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategies across all platforms.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, new digital platforms, and innovative media buying techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer with a successful track record in managing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with media partners.
- In-depth knowledge of media buying best practices and budgeting.
- Experience in a fast-paced agency environment is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Ad Manager, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency setting.
- Familiarity with emerging media trends and platforms.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and optimization strategies.
