Role: Paid Media Manager
Hours: 8am - 4pm Mountain Standard Time
Hourly Wage: $5 - $8 (Open to negotiation based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI and achievement of revenue goals.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to enhance campaign performance and reach.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights to inform strategy adjustments.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad copy and creative assets that align with brand objectives.
- Perform regular A/B testing on ads and landing pages to identify the most effective strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media to continuously enhance our efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in paid media management or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of successful paid media campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Excel.
- Experience with various ad platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
