For one of our clients, we are looking for a Sr. Partner Marketing Manager, remotely from the United States.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving engagement, branding, and demand generation through strategic partner marketing efforts. Working closely with partner account managers, you will help onboard, enable, and develop programs that drive measurable outcomes. You will create and execute marketing activities such as events, webinars, and digital campaigns, while also collaborating with internal teams to create impactful content. Additionally, you’ll track and report on campaign performance and ensure alignment across teams to achieve key business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring entrepreneurial spirit, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for partner marketing in a high-tech or enterprise software environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Align with Partner Account Managers to support the onboarding, enablement, and program development for key partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partner marketing teams, collaborating to implement co-marketing plans that drive measurable results.
  • Create and execute partner marketing initiatives, including events, webinars, and digital campaigns.
  • Work with internal creative and content teams to craft compelling communications, ensuring cohesive messaging across all programs.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and adjustments as needed to meet business goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure program alignment and clear communication across teams.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or business development, ideally within the high-tech, IT, HRIS, or enterprise software sectors.
  • Proven track record in executing marketing programs with measurable success and delivering results.
  • Experience developing and implementing B2B marketing plans.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and 6sense/ABM for campaign execution.
  • Strong demand generation experience, with an ability to drive results through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
