Overview and purpose of the role – How you will help us:
The PR and Utility Marketing Manager is a key strategic role that combines the responsibilities of managing public relations and driving marketing efforts within the utility segment. On the PR side, this role is responsible for developing and executing the company’s PR strategy to increase brand awareness, enhance brand reputation, and foster media relationships. The manager will be in charge of creating and nurturing a media network, securing speaking opportunities, and managing award submissions to ensure the company’s visibility and recognition in the industry.
Simultaneously, this position will support our expansion into the utility sector by driving marketing efforts specifically targeted at EPCs (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction companies) and investors. The PR and Utility Marketing Manager will work closely with local marketeers to enhance market penetration, build strong relationships in the utility space, and raise awareness of our solar solutions. This dual focus allows the role to leverage PR initiatives to facilitate entry and growth within the utility market, while ensuring consistent and effective communication across all business segments.
This position belongs to Central Solplanet Marketing team and thus has a global scope and coordinating function. This role reports to the Solplanet Marketing Director
