For one of our clients, we are looking for an Account Executive, remotely from the United States.

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving new business growth in the home improvement industry. By leveraging your sales experience and industry knowledge, you'll work to establish key relationships with decision-makers, promote services, and meet sales targets. You'll thrive in a proactive and self-motivated environment, collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and grow the business.

Accountabilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals.
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals that clearly communicate the value of our services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the home improvement industry.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups to meet sales goals.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful client solutions and implementation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the home improvement industry with an individual sales quota.
  • Proven success in sales, demonstrating overachievement of sales goals and market share growth.
  • Strong consultative and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse corporate levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of industry technology and tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, or Seamless.
  • Ability to travel 1-2 times per year for business needs.
