Location: WFH

Reports To: Project Management Lead 

Work Shift: Full-time 8 hours, morning and evening required, with flexibility as required to meet business needs.
Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Rate: $5/hour

Job Summary

The Senior Project Management Associate will support the project management team in the planning, coordination, and execution of key projects across the organization. This role is designed for a proactive professional who excels in managing project details, tracking progress, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination & Support:
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and status reports.
    • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute relevant project documentation.
  • Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring timely updates are communicated to stakeholders.
    • Prepare comprehensive project dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Serve as a liaison between project teams and senior management, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
    • Facilitate information sharing and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and risk logs.
    • Support the management of project budgets and expense tracking.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the project management function.
    • Assist in implementing best practices and tools to streamline project workflows.
  • Risk & Issue Management:
    • Help identify potential project risks and issues, and support the development of mitigation strategies.
    • Maintain updated risk and issue registers, ensuring timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, project management support, coordination, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments particularly in supply chain.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Strong ability to manage schedules, track deliverables, and maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for clear and concise reporting.
  • Keen analytical skills to identify issues and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
