Job Description

We are looking for a Solution Delivery/Support Engineer with 0-3 years of experience to develop, maintain, and support our integration platform. This role involves working with Java/Groovy, managing databases, assisting with AWS DevOps functions, and providing Tier 2 platform support. The ideal candidate will also participate in occasional customer-facing calls with technical teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and platform performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain solutions using JTScript (based on Groovy and Java)
  • Support and resolve Tier 2 platform issues, including troubleshooting and debugging.
  • Participate in occasional customer-facing technical discussions to assist in issue resolution.
  • Work with RESTful APIs and scripting to automate tasks.
  • Manage AWS DevOps functions, including CI/CD pipelines, cloud-based deployments, and monitoring.
  • Optimize system performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of experience in Java development.
  • Strong foundation in Core Java and object-oriented programming (OOP).
  • Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and web services.
  • Exposure to AWS DevOps tools such as CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), Docker, ECS, CloudWatch, or IAM.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with React, JavaScript, and Node.js.
  • Understanding of data engineering and data science concepts.
  • Exposure to container orchestration and cloud security best practices.
