We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Optimisation & Support Specialist to assist with complex API integrations and technical troubleshooting. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless operation of our direct supply connectivity by optimising switch platforms, managing connectivity feeds, and supporting chains post-LIVE to maximize performance. The ideal candidate will work closely with Chain Account Managers and internal teams to enhance traffic optimisation, manage bans, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
