  • Assist customers with product specifications, troubleshooting, and technical issues.
  • Manage order processing, returns, and exchanges in compliance with company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product range and services to provide accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and enhance the overall service experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
